Hash Trash Run 874, Directions to Run 875

Hello fellow hashers!
The hash began @ Semen & Windbreaker's house. The hares tried to kill the hashers by crossing every highway possible, but eventually we went up & down, over some shiggy. We ended up at the wonderful deck of Semen & Windbreaker for an x-mas feast. Deliverance went creative with some new crunchy bits in her salad, and the BBQ-operator made sure to sterilize the meat by burning it to a crisp. Was awesome and yummy. Merry x-mas!

Location: As every New Years day for the past few years we will meet at Sharon Square under the arches. This is where Wingate St. meets Bazel St.
Short Hash Run and then swimming in the Mediterranean.
Bring towels and robes, and those of us without pneumonia will go for pizza and more beer after the down-downs.

Hash Trash Run 873, Directions to Run 874

Hello fellow hashers!
Oh the horror...
Flour was scarce but salt was plentiful from so much damn running in the lowest place on earth. What the what?! Clearly 24 kms the night before wasn't sufficiently sadistic. We cursed for having indulged so much the night before... actually, echhem, just a wee fee hours before. One Harriette who shall remain nameless could not even muster the courage to exit the car.
Twin Peak's swing crotch continued to distract us all. The down downs didn't go down so well. The hare screwed up with the chariots in our sights before the On-In. We took our sore heads home.

Directions to Run 874 - Xmas Hash!
Meeting time: Saturday, 15:00, 1500hr, 3pm.

Location: The Jews for Jesus Xmas Run will begin in front of Seman and Wind Breakers Apt - Herzel Rosenblum St # 10 apt 407, Tel Aviv. Following the Hash, there will be an on-on at their apt. Due to popular demand - we will be grilling, so bring meat, salads, drinks, deserts etc. If you want to bring food earlier and put in the apt - that's fine, come earlier than 3:00 pm.
Please bring another pair of shoes (or go barefoot) since you will not be allowed to wear your shoes in the apt. (hint - there will be shiggy running). Also, bring warm clothes, we will be out on the deck.

Directions: The apt. is at Sea & Sun Complex near Chof Ha'tzook.
Coming from Herzalia, turn right under the overpass of Glilot intersection, on to Yunitsman Street. Drive 500 meters and turn left on to 2040 (parallel to the ocean), at the intersection turn R on Shimon Samat (toward the beach), and 1st Left onto Herzel Rosenblum. Find a place to park (good luck). Parking in the parking lot accross the building is free until the Shabbat starts. If you want to take a chance, you can park there in the beginning of the Hash and move your car after the run and before the on-on.
If you are coming from Tel-Aviv, take Rt 2 towards Herzalia, turn Left  on Shai Agnon and immediately Right on Levi Eshkol. (If you missed that left turn, you can turn left on Einstein too, but if you miss that one you are screwed and have to drive all of the way to Herzalia, turn around and come back - Pig Women this is for you). Drive on Levi Eshkol around 11/2 km and turn Left at the light of Propes St. (Tel Baruch beach will be on your left) and immediately Right on to 2040 (parallel to the beach).  After the Na'aman Towers (colorful ones) turn Left to Shimon Samat (toward the beach), and 1st Left onto Herzel Rosenblum. Find a place to park.

Hash Trash Run 872, Directions to Run 873

Hello fellow hashers!
The Hash was held in Ramat Gan where Twin Peaks was a Live Hare. She ran us up and down the windy, sodden streets. Then it was on back to her place where the Iron Chef Twin Peaks prepared a gastronomic feast of lasagna both meat and veggie and New York Cheesecake. The hashers were well sated.

Hash Trash Run 871, Directions to Run 872

Hello fellow hashers!
"יש לי גלידה הכי טובה, הכי טובה ומשובחה, קנו ממנה ילדים, קוקו-אהאה, גלידה טובה"
Man, that ice-cream song is still stuck in my head.
Hashers met at Ben-Shemen, surrounded by bicyclists, 4x4s and BBQ-smoke. Turn out was pretty good, considering the location wasn't the usual Tel-Aviv parking lot. Boston Creamed even brought along her dog! (meaning an actual canine, not the spouse)
The trail set off to a bumpy start (with Spit or Swallow getting some hints from the hare), but eventually hashers ran into the forest, up and down hills and through some shiggy. The lazy hares decided to change blobbing-rules and used much fewer blobs on "checks" - hashers did not complain... Just before the Halfway, the hares decided to check hashers' aerodynamic abilities, by making them zoom down a steep hill. Stiff Meat was a few inches away from breaking a leg, Capt. Caveman just flew straight down, and only Twin Peaks delivered by falling flat on her butt.
At the Halfway, among running kids and flaming chickens-on-grill, our hashers sang Swing Low, with obvious confusion when it came to miming the verses. The bright side was the halfway-beers that miraculously appeared for the hashers enjoyment. After that - things went downhill. Metaphorically, of course, cos the trail was uphill, too.
With beer in their bellies and the ice-cream song in their heads, the hashers continued for another few k's, until finally arriving back at the circle. There, the big debate was around the origin of the virgins' hash-names (see down-downs). Origin aside, we got to see their underwear!
Another beer, another warm down-down, a few songs, and the hashers went home.

Meeting time: Saturday, 15:00, 1500hr, 3pm.
Location: HaParsa 8, Ramat-Gan. This is at Twin Peaks' house, and there will be an on-on after - Hashers are requested to bring salads!
Directions:
  1. Get off at HaHalacha exit, going East, onto Bialik street.
  2. Go straight through 3 traffic lights -- at the 4th traffic light turn LEFT onto Jabotinsky.
  3. Go straight through 1 traffic light and before you reach the 2nd traffic light turn RIGHT onto Zohar Street (a little side street). Go till the end.
  4. Turn LEFT onto Herzl then a QUICK RIGHT onto Moshe Sharet street.
  5. Up the hill and turn RIGHT onto HaParsa street.

Hash Trash Run 870, Directions to Run 871

Directions to Run 871:
Meeting time: Saturday, 15:00 (1500hr, 3pm, III, שלוש).
Location: Meeting at Ben-Shemen Forest, off route 1.
Directions: From anywhere, get to route 1 and get off at Ben-Shemen interchange, onto route 443 towards Modi'in / Macabim-Reut. After about 2 km you will see a large parking area to your right - your hare will be waiting at the far end of it.
Note - it's a Saturday on Hanukkah... might be packed with people, so if parking is tight, your hare will pass an SMS notifying alternate meeting point.
